This return or refund policy is effective as of December 21, 2023.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from iloveframe.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 3 days of the date of receiving your item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return/replacement.
Personalized/customize Items
Personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective or if we have made an error in personalization. Please be sure to carefully review your personalization details before placing your order. Because we will design and share you the softcopy on whatsapp. Only after your approval we will frame and ship you.
Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged for a refund or exchange within 3 days of the date of receiving your item.
Eligible for a return or replacement
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must fulfill the following conditions.
1. Having any mismatch in the received product from what is displayed while ordering.
2. If the product received in a damaged condition.
We will process the immediate replacement or full/partial refund at your convenience

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or self courier address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
