Yes, we do free shipping.

We offer free shipping on all orders within India. There is no minimum order amount required.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from iloveframe.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 3 days of the date of receiving your item.. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation whatsapp message with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

PICTURE PRIVACY

For the purpose of processing orders, If required customers are supposed to submit their photos to iloveframe.com. We delete all our customer photos from our systems within 15 days of delivering the order. By submitting their photos, customers agree to give permission to modify and edit their photos for the purpose of order fulfillment. We don’t post any of the end product created from customer photos on the iloveframe.com website and our social media pages unless we have customer’s permission to do so.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer international shipping.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Personalized items are not eligible for cash on delivery option, as they are custom-made and cannot be returned. However, all non-personalized items on our site are eligible for cash on delivery.
